Bender Racing Return Policy
No returns without a Return Merchandise Authorization number.
Please
call 1-716-941-5840 to receive this RMA number and instructions on how
to return your merchandise.
There will be a mandatory 25% re-stocking charge, only defective merchandise will be excepted without this re-stocking fee.
No returns on special orders or
merchandise that is used, or shows sign of wear or damage.
Any and all refunds are at the sole discretion of Bender Racing. If the merchandise received in the RMA is shipped to Bender Racing, and does not have an RMA on the outside of the box, it will be refused and returned at the customer's expense.
No returns on
electrical components.
No returns after 30 days.
